Ad‑Hoc Support (no contract)
$95/hour • 15‑min minimum • 15‑min billing increments
  • Phone, email, remote assistance and onsite support when you need it.
  • After‑hours & weekends billed at 1.5× the standard rate.
  • Onsite visits include a $95 dispatch fee plus a one-hour minimum at the standard hourly rate.
  • Onsite travel includes the first 15 miles round-trip per visit; additional distance billed at $0.75/mile.
  • Projects, migrations, and extended onsite quoted separately.
  • Priority is always given to contract clients.

Monthly Support Plan Contracts

All plans are billed monthly with a 12-month agreement term. Cancel anytime with 30-days’ notice.

Plan 1 — Remote‑First
$75 / device / month
  • 24/7 phone & remote support. (After‑hours response may be slower for non‑urgent issues.)
  • Priority scheduling ahead of non‑contract clients.
  • Onsite available at discounted $65/hr (1‑hr minimum).
  • After‑hours onsite billed at 1.5×.
  • 35‑mile service radius included; beyond that $0.75/mile round‑trip.
  • Response targets: Critical 1 hr • High 4 hrs • Normal same day • Low next business day.
Plan 2 — Managed Services
$125 / managed device / month
  • Everything in Remote-First, plus proactive system oversight.
  • Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and check-ins to help prevent issues before they disrupt work.
  • 1 hour of onsite service credit included each month, with rollover up to 3 hours. (Equivalent to $65/hr of onsite labor; additional onsite billed at standard rates.)
  • Additional onsite billed at $65/hr; after-hours onsite at 1.5×.
  • Highest scheduling priority for onsite and time-sensitive work.
Onsite Service Time Details (Managed Services)
  • Monthly credit: 1 Hour onsite service credit added each billing cycle while enrolled in Managed Services Plan. Applied to onsite labor only. ($65 value.)
  • Rollover: Unused credits roll for up to 3 consecutive months; the oldest credit expires as a new month is added. Maximum balance 3 Hours ($195).
  • Limits: Not redeemable for cash, non‑transferable, and not applicable to projects, parts, or third‑party fees.
  • Travel: First 35 miles included per visit; beyond that billed at $0.75/mile.
What’s included vs projects?

Plans cover day‑to‑day troubleshooting, configuration, updates, and user support. Projects (new device rollouts, migrations, major redesigns, data recovery, cabling, etc.) are quoted separately at project rates.
